Górnik Zabrze announced on 1 July 2026 that STS – Poland's betting market leader – is back as the main sponsor, with a contract running until 30 June 2030.
What does STS's return actually mean?
After a five‑year break STS appeared in the footer of the club's website, and on 1 July the team released a new kit graphic featuring the bookmaker's logo on the front. The sponsor will also appear in promotional material and on digital platforms. For Górnik this is the biggest partnership since switching to Reebok for technical apparel.
Why is the deal a turning point for the club?
Although the exact figure wasn't disclosed, the contract value exceeds all previous sponsorship agreements in the club's history. Last season revenue from Ekstraklasa participation and the Polish Cup topped roughly 35 million PLN, and the new partner is expected to push that number even higher. STS also sponsors the Polish Cup – the trophy Górnik lifted in the previous season.
What changes will fans see at the stadium and in the fan shop?
The new STS logo will appear not only on the jerseys but also in the hospitality area of the stadium at Roosevelta 81. The fan shop launched a limited‑edition line of STS‑Reebok co‑branded merchandise on 1 July. Supporters can look forward to exclusive betting offers on match days.
What comes after the signing?
Górnik Zabrze said a multi‑media campaign featuring team stars, including captain Kacper Sweda and manager Michał Rogalski, will roll out in the coming weeks. The first match in the new kit is set for 7 July 2026 against Polish vice‑champions Raków Częstochowa – the debut where both STS and Reebok will be visible on the pitch.
STS confirmed that financial support will be spread over four seasons, with part of the funds earmarked for youth academy development. The club stresses that the partnership is about more than money; it shares a vision for growing football in the Silesian region.
