Górnik Zabrze is preparing for European cups, but will the team of Michał Gasparik participate in the competition with a strong lineup? Marcel Łubik, the first goalkeeper of Górnik Zabrze in the last season, may be loaned to German FC Augsburg. According to information from Weszło, there are ongoing talks between the Polish club and the German club. There is still a chance that the young representative of Poland will stay in Górnik for another year. It is reported that staying in Górnik Zabrze is a real scenario. The young representative of Poland was loaned to the club for the current season, but FC Augsburg did not want to include the option of purchase in the transfer agreement, so he returned to Germany after the season. Augsburg wants to loan him for another year and is looking for a place for him. It is not excluded that he will again fall on Zabrze, where the player felt great and the sporting bar will go up – after all, we are talking about European cups. – There are people here who are very aware of what is needed for development. If they work the same way, then in three or four years, Górnik will always be in the TOP3 Ekstraklasy – said Marcel Łubik in an interview with Weszło. Górnik has, however, some reservations about the dry loan, from which he would not gain any benefits – except for individual quality, of course, so we have to wait for the final solution of the matter. Łubik played 36 matches in the last season. In twelve of them, he kept a clean sheet.
