Górnik Zabrze, one of the most decorated clubs in Poland, is looking for new talent. According to Lorenzo Lepore, a representative of Górnik Zabrze, Lazar Knežević, a 21-year-old winger or striker from Montenegro, is on their radar. Knežević has played only in his native Montenegro so far, but his current employer is OFK Mladost Donja Gorica. In the last season, he made 31 appearances, scored six goals, and provided nine assists. Lepore believes that Knežević's performances have attracted the attention of Slovak clubs, and Górnik is also monitoring his games. So far, it is unclear whether this is more than just a rumor, and what the contract status of the player is. During his senior career, the player has played a significant number of matches both on the wing and as a striker. At the beginning of the last season, he played more in the center of the attack, but then returned to the left side of the field. The player is a representative of his country at the U-21 level.
