Following the departure of Mateusz Antczak, who will focus on leading the audiovisual content team, Paulina brings her extensive experience to Górnik. Hailing from Silesia, Laby has been working in sports for nine years, starting her career at LKS Goczałkowice as a marketing and communication specialist.

In 2022, Paulina became the spokesperson for Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała, where she was responsible for the club's information policy. Her experience also includes working at STS, where she served as a PR and sponsorship specialist. At Górnik Zabrze, she expressed her excitement about joining a club with such a rich history and fantastic fans, emphasizing her desire to work together for the club's development.

It is also worth noting that Mateusz Antczak, the former spokesperson, remains with the club as the head of media and content. His experience in producing video materials will now be crucial in leading the team responsible for the club's audiovisual content.
